Item is listed (unless reading embedded details) as 60x40x45 - considering it is an ottoman presumably to be purchased for end of bed storage of comforters or quilts or sheets, one one assume that refers to inches - IT DOES NOT!!!! It refers to centimeters. When it arrived the box could be easily lifted with one hand and was small. The item inside is like a child's miniature playhouse. Around the size of a large jewelry box. Have contacted seller multiple times and they simply deflect and make excuses. Will not issue refund. Will not issue shipping label. Item also took over a month to arrive (from China going through customs). I am now going to pursue a refund through Amazon and request that they remove this seller. Terrible experience.
