1. This seller quickly resolved my issue and shipping is so fast.2. The instructions are not really instructions at all, more like pictures of the part as it’s put together with no words. But once you figure out what parts go where on your own, it’s pretty straight forward. Perfect small area bookcase / seat.It's an okay product to have in my library center in my kindergarten class. The instructions that came with it were useless. The little screwdriver that was included was flimsy and I'm so thankful that I had some extra tools on hand. I'll see how it holds up in my class this year, but I probably would not order this again.The directions weren't 100% clear but not far off enough that we couldn't figure it out. I'd say its sturdy bc it holds my sons using it as a launch pad for their jumps despite me saying not to. The only thing I'd change is making the shelves a bit bigger but its really not that big of a deal. I just arrange the books the best I can. I'd also give a wider range of selection for the seat pad.The instructions are unclear. There are no words, only pictures. The pictures don’t even look like the parts it comes with. I have assembled several pieces of furniture like this and have never had a worse experience. Considering how much this cost, the thing is absolutely worthless. Once I got it together it didn’t even stay together. My toddler is small for her age and it fell apart as soon as she even leaned on it. The only part of this set that works is the screwdriver included with the hardware.Bench piece i recieved was cracked so bad i couldnt use it, instructions are unclear, just pictures rhat dont tell you what goes where or how. Not worth the price i paid at all.Works perfectly for the space intended. Easy assembly, 20 minutes. Tools included, so it's great for house warming gift! :)Love this for the hallway. It’s great for school supplies and storing the gear to get ready to run out each morning. I would have liked the cubbies a little larger, but I made it work really well.Directions were not clear at all. Luckily I’ve put enough things together to know what I was doing.
